3. Postage are to bear by buyers. No COD at the moment and items will be send on every Wednesday and Friday only.

4. Item(s) sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable.

5. Buy at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurred during shipping. But we can assured you that we will check the item(s) before it is being sending out :)

6. Colors of actual items may be slightly different from photos due to certain conditions.

8. DO NOT confirm your purchase if you haven't decided to buy the item or else your email add will end up in my Backout-Buyers list. We don't wish to add your email address in that list unless we have to.
